As our eCommerce business continues to grow, we're looking for a Manager, Performance Marketing & Growth  to help drive customer acquisition, retention, and long-term growth while ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects the creativity and quality our brand is known for.   About the Role: We're seeking a data-driven, brand-minded Performance Marketing & Growth Lead to lead the strategy and performance of our customer acquisition and retention efforts. Reporting to the Director, Ecommerce this role sits at the intersection of marketing performance and brand storytelling, partnering closely with our agency and internal creative teams to deliver campaigns that both perform and inspire.   The ideal candidate is equally comfortable analyzing performance metrics and collaborating on creative direction. You'll own key marketing channels, manage agency relationships, and help shape how customers discover, engage with, and return to Rifle Paper Co.   We believe great work can happen in different places, so this role offers flexibility in where you work. You can be based in either our Winter Park, Florida or New York, New York office, or remotely if you reside in one of the following states: Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Tennessee.    The anticipated salary range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000 annually. Final compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.   What You Will Do: Performance Marketing & Customer Acquisition: Own paid media agency and strategy across Meta, Google, Pinterest, and Bing, and additional channels to test into.  Manage channel budgets, pacing, and investment allocation.  Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, including CAC, ROAS, and overall marketing efficiency.  Oversee paid advertising accounts and provide clear recommendations based on performance insights.  Collaborate with agency partners to develop and execute acquisition strategies that support both revenue goals and brand standards. Email & SMS Marketing Lead lifecycle marketing strategy through Klaviyo in partnership with agency, including automated flows, campaigns, segmentation, and audience growth.  Optimize key customer journeys such as welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, and VIP programs. Partner with Marketing and Creative to develop and execute the email marketing calendar.  Build and expand the SMS program to support customer engagement and retention.  Review and QA campaigns prior to launch. Agency & Cross-Functional Partnership Serve as the primary point of contact for our marketing agency partners.  Develop campaign briefs that align business objectives, seasonal priorities, and brand initiatives. Ensure marketing campaigns consistently reflect the Rifle Paper Co. brand while delivering measurable business results. Foster strong collaboration between internal teams and external partners.  Analytics, Attribution & Reporting  Own attribution reporting and performance analysis across marketing channels. Develop weekly and monthly reporting for leadership. Translate performance data into actionable recommendations and strategic next steps. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, conversion, and customer lifetime value. Product Feed Management Manage product feeds across advertising and marketplace channels.  Monitor feed health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure product data accuracy.  Maintain feed optimization strategies that support campaign performance. Qualifications  What We Are Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.  4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, growth marketing, or eCommerce marketing. Experience working with or managing external agencies and marketing partners. Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital attribution platforms. Experience with Klaviyo, including lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and deliverability best practices. A balance of analytical thinking and creative judgment. Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations and business decisions. Experience managing both customer acquisition and retention programs.  Strong organizational skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience with Pinterest, Bing, Shopify, or Feedonomics is a plus. Experience in DTC, lifestyle, retail, or consumer brands preferred.
