The Admissions Tour Guide conducts comprehensive tours of our educational facilities and acts as University ambassador for prospective students and guests interested in Full Sail University.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Directly interact and engage with potential students and visiting guests by providing world-class customer service
  • Conduct comprehensive tours of Full Sail University’s educational facilities
  • Present Keynote slides and videos in front of large audiences
  • Perform general hosting duties for all touring events and locations
  • Provide driving and touring assistance when needed
  • Inventory, maintain, and re-stock items for various locations and vehicles
  • Assist with clerical and business operations on various Full Sail Tour Awareness campaigns, including, but not limited to: Data Collection, Basic Reporting, Email Campaigns, and Survey Analysis
  • Mentor and assist in the training of Student Tour Guides for Daily Tours
  • Provide Admissions and/or interdepartmental support when necessary
  • Remain up to date on relevant information related to Full Sail University, the entertainment media industry, post-secondary education, and ACCSC

  • Adhere to company attendance standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment

Education and/or Experience:

  • Associate’s degree required
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience required

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • Must possess a valid Florida State Driver’s License and have a clean driving record

Computer/Equipment Skills:

  • Proficiency using software programs such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Basic understanding of Database Tools and/or CRM programs

Environmental Factors/Physical Demands:
Work is performed in various environments including outdoor weather conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to move about campus, communicate with public and co-workers, lift or carry up to 30 pounds, and operate a motor vehicle. Employee must be able to work a flexible schedule including mandatory overtime.
