QualificationsUnder direct supervision of the Executive Director of F&B, manages and oversees the Beverage function, bars and lounges.  Ensures customer service standards are maintained. HS Diploma or GED required.  Associate's degree in hospitality, or related field preferred.  A minimum of five years bar experience preferred or a combination of education and experience.  Two years of supervisory experience required. Casino experience preferred. Must be 21 years of age. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation. Must be able to obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California. Tribal Preference given to qualified tribal members.
