Essential Job Functions: Store, rotate and break loads down to proper areas; cooler or backroom. Transport product to sales floor for filling. Culling off quality or out of code product and rotating new product onto display. Trim and crisp lettuce, celery, and other wet, perishable products. Observe policies and procedures established for the department. Continuing education of product identification uses and handling. Assist with training department new team members Keep work area clean- follow cleaning schedule. Follow productivity guidelines as set by the Produce Manager. Abide by all company policies as stated in the employee handbook. QualificationsKnowledge Skills Needed: Provide a World-Famous Friendly attitude Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to motivate, coach & direct team members. Ability to manage time effectively. Ability to multi-task& perform all tasks with a sense of urgency. Ability to read case labels and shelf tags. Ability to lift heavy objects up to 45 pounds. Able to stand on your feet continuously on a regular basis.
