Now Hiring: Industrial Painter

Do you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and like working both indoors and outdoors? AGRILAND FS is looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our Construction team as an Industrial Painter. This position offers the opportunity to travel, work on a variety of projects, and help maintain and improve our facilities throughout Iowa and beyond.

What You'll Do:

Paint new LP, Fuel, and NH₃ bulk plants, nurse tanks, and other facilities
Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, pressure washing, and media blasting
Mix and apply industrial coatings using spray equipment, brushes, and rollers
Inspect finished work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
Operate equipment including manlifts, paint sprayers, and media blasting machines
Coordinate the delivery and pickup of project materials and supplies
Travel throughout Iowa and occasionally to southern states during the winter for scheduled projects
Support construction teams and local locations when weather conditions prevent painting work

What We're Looking For:

Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Ability to lift at least 60 pounds and perform physically demanding work
Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions
Valid driver's license with the ability to obtain a Class A CDL
Ability to travel as projects require
