          $43.00/hour+ for Part-Time and Full-Time

          $56.00/hour for Pool

          $30.00/hour for Clinical Fellows

What You'll Do

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will:

  • Evaluate Residents and patients to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Assess and treat speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop evidence-based treatment programs that improve communication, safety, and quality of life
  • Perform clinical swallowing evaluations and provide dysphagia management recommendations
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary Team Members to support optimal patient outcomes
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment goals, techniques, and progress
  • Recommend strategies and adaptive tools to maximize communication and independence
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation, evaluations, progress notes, and discharge plans

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license, or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for serving older adults and delivering exceptional patient care
