Responsibilities As a Retail Photo Host, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience while capturing their special moments. You will have the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while working in a team to create a seamless experience for our guests. A passion for photography and having a keen eye for detail will play a crucial role in enhancing our guest visit / events. Exceptional customer service while greeting all guests with a smile Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively Operate a camera and take photos of guests at the entertainment venue, ensuring good lighting and angles/positions to encourage guests to purchase photos Maintain a clean and tidy workspace and report any issues with equipment in a timely manner Operate a point of sale while maintaining adequate change denominations, reconcile cash drawers, sales receipts, and returns Cross-selling and upselling products with the ability to remain team orientated and meet sales goals Staying up to date on promotions and product information Qualifications Familiarity with electronic equipment, such as cameras, iPad, point-of-sale systems, and basic PC knowledge Professional customer satisfaction-oriented while maintaining an energetic and positive attitude Team-oriented with the ability to work independently with limited supervision Excellent communication with strong math and time management skills Open to being cross-trained, either as a Cashier or Photographer Flexible schedule/open availability especially over the weekends Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Reliable transportation #venuplushp
