Branch Manager

Position Summary

The primary role is managing the Branch and staff, providing overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the team. Responsibilities also include staffing decisions, training, assigning and directing work, employee performance appraisals and resolving issues as they arise.

• 3 Years Banking experience at a Full-service Banking institution 
• Successful management skills
• A passion for organization and compliance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office, Word, Excel and Outlook 
• Self-motivated and strong leadership skills
