We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service BDC Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and maintaining positive relationships with them. You will work closely with team members to ensure that all client needs are met and exceeded. 


Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through phone, email, and chat channels

- Schedule and confirm service appointments for clients

- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

- Collaborate with service departments and other team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery

- Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management

- Meet and exceed monthly performance metrics and goals

Requirements

- Previous customer service experience required, experience in a call center or related environment preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while utilizing multiple computer programs

- Proficient in Microsoft Office 

- Experience with CRM systems preferred

- Automotive knowledge a plus, but not required
