Call Center Customer Care Representative
We are looking for a dynamic superstar to help support our growing Teams in our Wixom, Michigan Headquarters! This is a great opportunity to support our sales, install and service teams. We have full time and part time openings.

- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Basic Microsoft office
- Ability to multi- task and manage multiple priorities
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and detail
- Strong organization skills
- Effective communicator
- Team players that enjoys a team environment
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and rotating schedules to complete work
- 1-2 years of customer service handling high call volume /Service Titan scheduling experience preferred
