Operates in a timely manner, with a high regard for safety and quality, while following GMP guidelines. Responsibilities Sets up, operates, and maintains machinery, while optimizing machine capability. Cleans equipment and work areas according to operating standards Weighs and transports material Maintains accurate and timely records Participates in in-process inspection Counts, packages, palletizes, labels, and sorts various products, as needed Other duties, as business needs require   QualificationsMinimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED Ability to work a scheduled shift, including weekends or overtime, as needed Demonstrated ability to follow instructions Demonstrated ability to safely and efficiently operate machinery Ability to quickly move hands in order to manipulate or assemble product Ability to quickly and repeatedly bend, stretch, twist or reach with body, or with arms and legs throughout a shift Ability to repeatedly lift 50lb Basic reading and math skills Knowledge of FDA regulations for medical device or pharma manufacturing helpful, but not require Expectations/Other Skills Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to meeting or exceeding production standards Ability to strictly comply with Standard Operating Procedures and GMP practices and guidelines Willingness to communicate with plant leadership about potential problems or process improvements
