Job DetailsJob Location: Wixom, MI 48393Pt Cleaning Specialist Description This is for a part time evening position. We have openings that range from 2 - 5 nights a week, Monday thru Friday. Shifts can range from 2.5 - 6 hours a night depending on the clients contract. Start time is typically after 5:00pm. Responsibilities: -Able to use cleaning equipment if required (i.e. canister or backpack vacuum, walk behind floor scrubber, and mopping systems). -Using various cleaning chemicals. -Able to bend, stand, lift, etc. -Ability to use cellphone application to clock in and clock out for scheduled work hours -Ability to use cellphone application to complete inspection reports and post pictures -Clean and detail to customers satisfaction, following closely to scope of work expected. -Clean service areas according to Servico Standards (reviewed during training) -Show up to location on time, every time as scheduled -Demonstrate ability to work in a team like setting or individually -Able to work with minimal supervision -Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Cleaning duties are, but not limited to: -Basic commercial cleaning -Mopping and vacuuming (possible floor scrubber) -Detailing -Dusting and wet wiping -Trash removal -Bathroom cleaning -Supply stocking QualificationsBasic Qualifications: -High School and/or GED is encouraged -Previous commercial cleaning preferred; i.e., Office, Medical, Retail -Must have reliable transportation to the job site
