•    Cut, strip, crimp, solder, and terminate wires and cables using appropriate tools and equipment.
•    Install connectors, terminals, heat shrink tubing, labels, and protective sleeving as required.
•    Troubleshoot and repair wiring and assembly issues using electrical schematics.
SMT & Through-Hole PCB Assembly
•    Perform surface-mount (SMT) and through-hole placement, hand soldering, and touch-up on printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs).
•    Operate or support pick-and-place, reflow oven, wave solder, and/or selective solder equipment as applicable.
•    Perform PCB rework, rework of misplaced/defective components, and post-solder cleanup per IPC-A-610 workmanship standards.
•    Read and interpret PCB assembly drawings, silkscreens, pick-and-place files, and bills of materials (BOMs).
•    Inspect PCBAs for solder quality, component placement, and defects, using visual inspection and/or AOI equipment.
Quality, Testing & General
•    Perform continuity, insulation resistance, and functional testing of completed assemblies.
•    Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
•    Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, bills of materials (BOMs), and assembly drawings.
•    Monitor inventory of the assembly area; review pick lists for discrepancies and support work order completion.
•    Maintain accurate production and quality records.
•    Identify and report defective materials, equipment issues, or process discrepancies.
