troubleshoot and/or correction and final resolution. Then it is required to be able to communicateÂ
this plan to a cross functional team with diverse backgrounds. And lastly to continue to driveÂ
updates and status of this plan along the way. 2nd Shift

• Change documentation preparation and presentation
• Hardware troubleshooting
• Own and manage an issue project to completion
What does success look like for this role?
Able to solve problems quickly and correctly, communicate effectively across multiple teams,Â
take ownership to see a task to completion in a timely manner
Required Skill Sets:Â
• Experience with digital, analog, RF and/or mixed signal testing and/or debugging complexÂ
circuit card assemblies and/or electro-mechanical systemsÂ
• Experience with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, function generators, powerÂ
supplies, etc.Â
• Ability to interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and BoMs.Â
• Strong written and verbal communication skillsÂ
Desired Skills (Nice-to-Have):
o Experience supporting production engineering activities involving electrical or mechanicalÂ
hardwareÂ
o Background in designing electronic or electro optical subsystems, including circuit design,Â
assembly processes, and fabrication practicesÂ
o Familiarity with engineering and analysis tools across electrical design, simulation, andÂ
measurement domainsÂ
o Experience with subsystem integration, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvementÂ
methodologiesÂ
o Ability to work independently or within small teams while providing technical guidance,Â
coordination, and project oversight
