The Assistant Clinical Director is responsible for supporting the Regional Clinic Director in the oversight of performance and operations of the clinic. This role supports the Regional Clinic Director and clinic staff, assists with staffing needs, provides resource support, and performs administrative oversight.

Responsibilities
Supervision and Consultation
- Participate in the weekly Regional Clinic Director meeting
- Provide weekly individual supervision and bi-weekly group supervision for master's level clinicians seeking licensure
- Provide 1:1 consultation staff to review productivity, caseload, and clinical documentation
Administrative
- Support clinic staff developmentÂ
- Partner with Regional Clinic Director to support administrative needs
- Coordinate with Regional Clinic Director to support the hiring process
- Coordinate office supply orders with Regional Clinic Director
Clinic Oversight
- Assist Regional Clinic Director with monitoring and managing clinic office schedules
- Provide timely response to concerns raised by clients and clinicians
- Maintain agreed upon clinical client caseload
- Serve as back-up for Regional Clinic Director when they are out of the office
- Additional duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities
- Master’s Degree or higher education in mental health discipline
- Independently licensed with a MA issued clinical practice license (e.g., LISCW, LMHC, Psy.D, Ph.D, etc.)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets
- Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and changing environment
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications
- Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record systems
