An ideal candidate will be independently licensed in MA and able to supervise pre-licensed clinicians working toward licensure. Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting Initial Clinical Assessments, Developing and implementing treatment plans, Completing ongoing documentation including, but not limited to, treatment plan reviews, and case notes Â
- Providing excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our communityÂ
- Maintaining a caseload of clients
- Attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and in-service trainingsÂ
- Providing supervision as needed to master's degree clinicians seeking licensure
- Assisting with administrative duties as determined by Regional Clinic Director
Credentialing Requirements
- Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and have licensure in their designated fieldÂ
- Candidates will hold clinical licensure (LMHC, LICSW, Ph.D, Psy.D). and be able to provide supervision for clinicians seeking licensureÂ
- Candidates should have effective written and verbal communication skillsÂ
- Candidates should be able to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clientsÂ
- Ability to work within a multi-cultural lensÂ
- Proficiency in Electronic Health Record systems
- Candidates with interest in treating children and families is a plus
- Bilingual candidates are a plusÂ
