Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Outside Sales Representative responsible for generating profitable business from the range of equipment that the profit center specializes in. The role involves developing the assigned territory, implementing sales plans to grow business and maintain the current customer base, and helping to build the national Sunbelt branding identity. Candidates should have a 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience or 3-4 years of related sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and be at least 21 years old. Skills required include strong project management, new business development, customer retention, effective communication and negotiation, solid computer skills, and knowledge of ground protection, construction or specialty industrial equipment preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) may be preferred in some locations. Physical demands include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors.
