The Delaney at The Vale is seeking a hospitality-focused Dining Room Server to join our culinary team. In this role, you'll provide exceptional service to our residents while helping create a warm, welcoming dining experience every day.

Schedule

Full-Time | 6:30am - 3:00pm

What You'll Do

  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
  • Ensure food quality, appearance, and presentation standards are consistently met.
  • Set tables and maintain dining room stations.
  • Take resident orders, answer menu questions, and provide attentive, friendly service.
  • Serve meals using proper dining etiquette and hospitality standards.
  • Create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required.
  • Prior food service experience preferred.
  • Experience working with seniors is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and passion for hospitality.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience with breakfast service.
