Massachusetts Veterinary Referral Hospital in Woburn, MA is hiring a Veterinary Technician to join our Radiology department! This full-time Veterinary Technician opportunity is ideal for a Vet Tech looking to expand advanced clinical skills, work with high-acuity cases, and grow within a Level 1 Emergency & Critical Care specialty animal hospital.

Compensation

  • $23–$30/hour, based on experience and skills

Schedule
Choose the schedule that works best for you:
  • Four 9-hour shifts per week
    • 2pm - 11pm or 3pm - 12am
Full-time opportunity with multiple scheduling options available.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Utilize different modalities of imaging for patient assessment, including digital radiology, ultrasound, CT, and fluoroscopy
  • Monitor and recover assigned sedated patients for diagnostics and procedures
  • Deliver exceptional nursing care while advocating for patient comfort and safety
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One to two years of experience in a veterinary setting 
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Fluent English speaking and reading skills required
  • Communicate effectively with the veterinary team to ensure outstanding patient outcomes
