What You'll Be Doing

Running a fast, clean, organized breakfast station
Cooking eggs, breakfast meats, pancakes, sauté items - all with precision
Moving with urgency without losing your cool
Keeping your station tight, stocked, and dialed in
Working as part of a professional, no-drama kitchen team

What We're Looking For

2+ years line cook experience (breakfast experience is a big plus)
Someone who shows up early and ready
Strong fundamentals and attention to detail
Team-first mentality
Weekend availability
