This is a sweet deal for an LNA-you'll work with wonderful residents, no nights and no weekends, while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our seniors.

 

As an LNA supporting our Independent Living residents, you'll provide personalized assistance based on each resident's individual needs. You'll also play an important role in our assessment and care planning process, helping ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care and support.

 

What You'll Do

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Provide individualized daily support based on resident needs
  • Provide weekly personal shopping assistance
  • Arrange and accompany residents to healthcare appointments
  • Participate in assessments and care planning
  • Communicate resident needs and changes with the interdisciplinary team
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the care team
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents while promoting independence and dignity

 

We're looking for an LNA who is compassionate, dependable, organized, and comfortable working both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Total Compensation:

This is a full-time hourly position and is entitled to health, dental and vision for under $100 a month, PTO and 401k+match.

 

Qualifications:

  • 1 year experience in long term care
  • Valid NH Driver's license
  • Must have reliable transportation on our campus
  • NH Criminal Record and Pre-hire screening must be satisfied
