What You'll Do

• Prepare fresh, high-quality sushi rolls and poke bowls with consistency and attention to detail.
• Help maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Contribute ideas to improve our menu, operations, and guest experience.
• Train and mentor future team members as you grow into a leadership position.
• Help build a positive, accountable, high-performance culture.
• Take ownership of your station and play an active role in the growth of the LocalTopia brand.

• Experience preparing sushi rolls and/or poke bowls.
