The AI Solutions team at Videojet exists to solve that problem.

We are a small, highly visible team focused on delivering production-ready AI solutions that reduce cost, improve customer experiences, and drive growth. We don't provide tools. We deliver outcomes.                                                                                                                                      

 As Product Manager, AI Solutions, you'll identify where AI can create meaningful value, define the right problems to solve, and guide solutions from concept through adoption. You'll work closely with frontline experts, stakeholders, and an AI Solutions Engineer to ensure every solution delivers measurable business impact.                                                                                                                                            

 What You'll Do              

  • Discover high-value business problems through observation and stakeholder engagement.                                                        

  • Translate expert knowledge into clear, testable requirements.

  • Define MVPs and prioritize a portfolio of AI opportunities.

  • Lead build-versus-buy evaluations and business cases.       

  • Partner closely with engineering throughout delivery.

  • Establish solution success metrics and measure realized value.

  • Drive stakeholder adoption and organizational change.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • 5+ years in Product Management, Program Management, Process Improvement, or related fields.

  • Demonstrated product/AI feature ownership from problem definition through launch.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.

  • Experience gathering requirements and defining acceptance criteria. 

  • Working knowledge of modern AI technologies and applications.

  • Exposure to AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $140,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
