Patient Services Representative – Infusion Pharmacy

Are you organized, compassionate, and passionate about helping patients get the care they need? Join our infusion pharmacy team as a Patient Services Representative, where your attention to detail and communication skills ensure patients receive their medications and supplies accurately and on time.

You’ll be the friendly, reliable connection between patients, staff, and the pharmacy—helping coordinate prescriptions, schedule deliveries, and make sure every patient experience is smooth and positive.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate Prescriptions: Enter patient and prescription details accurately and ensure all clinical information is routed for pharmacist review.

  • Support the Care Team: Partner with pharmacists, nurses, referral sources, and home health agencies to keep therapy on track.

  • ☎️ Deliver Exceptional Service: Respond to patient and provider inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

  • ️ Stay Organized & Compliant: Maintain accurate patient records and support adherence to quality, regulatory, and accreditation standards.

  • Be a Team Player: Contribute ideas, communicate proactively, and participate in team huddles to improve processes and patient care.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.

  • 0–2 years of experience in a healthcare, pharmacy, or customer service role (infusion or specialty pharmacy experience is a plus).

  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfort working with pharmacy software systems (CareTend experience preferred).

  • A passion for patient-centered care and teamwork.
