We pride ourselves on our commitment to the communities we serve and our focus on delivering an array of financial products for each step in their financial journey.  We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Member Support Center Representative.

 

Job Summary:  

We are seeking a Member Support Center Representative to assist members and potential members with their telephone requests; explains services, responds to problems, and directs phone calls to the appropriate area.

 

Key Responsibilities:  

- Assist members and potential members with their telephone requests.

- Research and resolve routine member questions and problems.

- Answer questions about credit union products and services.

- Answer loan questions, calculate payments, calculate payoffs and provide requested documentation.

- Identify cross-sell opportunities and cross-sell services to members.

- Maintain member account information on computer system.

- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.  

 

Qualifications:  

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- One year to three years of similar or related experience.

- Prior call center experience is preferred.

- Customer service experience is a plus.  

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

- Must be able to sit for long periods of time.

Schedule:

- Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM  

- Saturday Hours 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM  

- Full Time Employees have a 40-hour work week within the hours listed above.
