The Environmental Services manager assumes responsibility and accountability for daily operations of assigned area of responsibility. Mentor direct reports by role modeling a professional practice consistent with organizational goals, customer service, clinical effectiveness, and standards of care. Responsible for the delivery of high quality services which meet or exceeds customer expectations. Coordinate the development and marketing of new services within the business unit. Contribute to the success of the organization through achievement of system, hospital and departmental goals and objectives

Education
