JOB TITLE: ENGINE ROOM TECHNICIAN

CORE MISSION Safeguard uninterrupted production through expert preventative maintenance, rapid troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of our critical utility and production systems—while upholding our commitment to safety, quality, and team excellence.

THE ROLE We are looking for a hands-on technician who takes pride in keeping our facility running safely and efficiently. You will execute and refine preventative maintenance plans, troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, and drive continuous improvements that protect our equipment, our product, and our people.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Execute, monitor, and continuously improve preventative maintenance plans for critical building and production systems.
  • Ensure continuous operation of utility infrastructure including boilers, chillers, air compression systems, and HVAC.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical malfunctions on production and facility equipment.
  • Rebuild and fabricate spare parts to minimize downtime.
  • Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to support troubleshooting and maintenance procedures.
  • Maintain strict compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, and operational best practices.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience maintaining industrial facility and production systems.
  • Strong working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and interpret technical documentation.
  • Solid understanding of plumbing, airflow systems, and PLCs.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous process improvement.

SHIFT & COMPENSATION 

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Pay: based on experience and skill level
