Responsibilities:

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across the organization
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for development teams
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews to identify process improvements and solutions
Develop and maintain detailed process flow diagrams, use cases, and business documentation
Collaborate with software developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC
Monitor project progress and ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist stakeholders with change management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or technology environment
Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Scrum
Proficiency in requirements management and documentation tools
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with keen attention to detail
Experience with SQL, data analysis, or BI tools is a plus
