Schedule

Skills & Abilities

  • Screens, evaluates, and develops individualized treatment programs for residents as needed

  • Designs effective SLP treatment plans and goals to meet individual resident needs

  • Collaborates and communicates with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes

  • Demonstrates ability and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks

  • Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time

  • Applies effective problem-solving skills to support resident progress

  • Performs other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Oregon

  • New graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply

  • VitalStim certification preferred (not required)

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on resident care

  • Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans to meet resident goals

  • Problem-solving skills and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks
