Hawks & Company, a growing Commercial HVAC service company, is looking for an experienced HVAC Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to help coordinate our service team and deliver exceptional customer support.

In this role, you’ll be the central hub between customers, technicians, and service leadership, making sure the right technician gets to the right job at the right time.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming service calls and create work orders
• Dispatch HVAC technicians to service and maintenance calls
• Coordinate daily schedules and adjust routes throughout the day
• Communicate appointment updates with customers
• Prioritize emergency service requests
• Track technician progress and job completion
• Ensure accurate work order documentation for billing

You’ll work closely with our Service Manager, technicians, and operations team to keep service running smoothly.

• Previous HVAC dispatch experience required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working with scheduling and dispatch software
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
