Compensation & Incentives
- Competitive salary range: $200,000-300,000+ based on collections
- Monday through Friday - no weekends!

Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active NJ dental license
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Commitment to high-quality patient care and professional ethics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
