Farmers Insurance is seeking driven, entrepreneurial professionals to join our Agent Protégé Program — a structured, 12-month development track designed to prepare you to successfully own and operate your own agency.

You’ll work directly with a top-performing mentor agent, gaining real-world experience in sales, marketing, and business operations while building the skills and confidence to run your own business.

What You’ll Get

Base salary + uncapped commission
$1,000/month in provided leads
Paid licensing (Property & Casualty + Life & Health)
Hands-on mentorship from a top Farmers agent

What You’ll Do

Sell auto, home, life, and business insurance
Work agency-provided leads and referrals
Build and manage your own book of business
Learn marketing strategies to grow an agency

Train directly with your mentor on agency management
