What You'll Do

• Operate pemming machines and related equipment to install fasteners
• Perform assembly work according to work instructions and blueprints
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read basic blueprints and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
