We are seeking a full-time Talent Sourcing Lead to facilitate the hiring process for candidates in the talent pipeline. This position will focus on all internal and external-facing communication that relates to increasing applicant and employee census, referral sources, planning events for market share and revenue growth. This position will be responsible for proactively sourcing top candidates, building pipelines, creating referral networks, interviewing candidates, and facilitating the complete talent acquisition cycle. Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000/yr
Location: Woodbury, MN (In-Office)

Job Duties:
- Know the features and benefits of the services provided by CareAparent and can articulate advantages to potential candidates
- Demonstrate proven success in building positive relationships and communication with partners, communities, and candidates
- Develop and maintain a network of relationships with healthcare professionals, associations, educators, colleges, universities, community centers, etc. to proactively create candidate pipelines
- Utilize and maintain tracking and CRM tool to measure goals and metrics to report recruiting activity
- Build local recruiting and maintain brand awareness initiatives through coordination of events in the community including expos, informational sessions, and other public-facing events to support business needs; Plan and orchestrate pre-event promotion and post-event follow up communication, partnering with Client Services for marketing needs and collateral
- Schedule and attend face-to-face encounters and develop professional relationships with organizations and individuals connected with home care to establish channels for referral sources
- Own the market strategy and full cycle recruiting for clinical and office positions across Minnesota, including Nurses, Caregivers, Therapists, Clinical Leaders, Administrators, and others in established and new markets
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand talent needs, including creation of a talent acquisition strategy for the market(s)
- Assess and evaluate candidate skillsets relative to position requirements, conduct initial interviews, extend, prepare, and present offers to candidates with direction and input from hiring managers, and manage the entire process from start to finish, including coordination and scheduling of interviews, reference checks, pipeline management, and other administrative tasks
- Manage and maintain applicant tracking system data, ensuring time-to-fill requirements and data are accurate for reporting
- Provide recruitment content and communications for various external and internal websites, social media, and online job postings
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, HR, business, communications or related field
- At least 3 years of Recruiting/Talent Acquisition experience
- Prior experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Consultative and customer-oriented approach
- Experience creating a local recruiting strategy
- Experience working in a related healthcare position
