Position Summary: The After-School Program Student Worker helps create a safe, fun, and positive environment for students after school. This role assists with student supervision, activities, games, snacks, and daily program routines while serving as a positive role model.
Responsibilities
- Supervise students during indoor and outdoor activities.
- Engage students through games, activities, and positive interactions.
- Assist with snack time, transitions, cleanup, and daily routines.
- Help maintain a safe and organized program environment.
- Communicate any student concerns or incidents to program leadership.
- Follow all safety procedures and program expectations.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Current high school or college student.
- Enjoys working with children.
- Dependable, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Able to work as part of a team and stay active throughout the shift.
