Bell Staff

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Bell Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the check-in/check-out process and/or safely transporting Kalahari guests via Kalahari shuttle vehicles, accommodating guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous, efficient, and confidential manner.

 

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Pay Rate - $14 - $15/Hr.

 

Key Responsibilities  

 

  • Safely transport Kalahari guests to and from designated resort locations via Kalahari shuttle vehicles in a timely manner.
  • Greet guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor while providing exceptional and attentive service throughout their stay.
  • Assist guests with luggage during arrival, departure, room changes, and upon request.
  • Escort guests to their guestrooms while providing resort information, directions, and details about amenities and services.
  • Deliver guest requests, packages, amenities, and other items promptly and accurately.
  • Assist with the check-in and check-out process by coordinating luggage storage, retrieval, and transportation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bell stand, luggage storage areas, shuttle vehicles, and guest-facing spaces.
  • Respond promptly to guest questions and requests while collaborating with Front Office and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Safely handle and securely store guest belongings while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.

 

What We’re Looking For  

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 25 years of age and have a valid driver's license in the state of employment.
  • Experience in a hotel, resort, or related field preferred.
  • A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
