HVAC TechnicianÂ
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking an HVAC Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and repairing the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) system. Â

Pay Rate - $30 - $35/hr.
Â
Key Responsibilities Â
Â
- Monitor and perform preventative maintenance of all HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and repair issues that are found within the systems as needed.
- Install and repair of small HVAC equipment such as PTAC units, condensing units, small RTU’s, etc.
- Routine inspection of systems to ensure compliance with all state and local codes and regulations.
- Maintain repair and preventative maintenance records.

What We’re Looking For 
Â
- 5 or more years of experience performing work in HVAC trade.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of maintaining and repairing HVAC systems.Â
- A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others. Â
- At least 1 year of experience in a hospitality environment, (resort, hotel, retail, etc.).
- Must be able to work well in stressful, high pressure situations, including ability to handle guest objections and disputes to satisfactory results.
