Cinco Niño’s- Restaurant General Manager Â
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead our Cinco Niño’s Tex Mex Cuisine concept, bringing energy, heart, and a passion for hospitality to inspire your team and create memorable dining experiences that keep guests coming back.Â

Salary Range - $75,000k - $90,000k with the opportunity to earn a quarterly performance-based bonus based on individual and business performance.Â
You’ll oversee the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, lead and develop a high-performing team, drive financial and operational results, and ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door. Â
This position is scheduled to begin in mid-August through September.Â

Key Responsibilities Â
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional food quality, service, and cleanliness. Â
- Lead, train, and develop associates to support engagement, performance, and retention. Â
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth. Â
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards and procedures. Â
- Collaborate with resort leadership to align the outlet’s vision with overall guest experience goals. Â

What We’re Looking For Â
- We do require a background of general food and beverage knowledge, including at least four years of front-of-house operations and/or management positions in a hotel, resort, family owned-operation or large chain (such as Cheesecake Factory, Chick-fil-A, Olive Garden, Starbucks, Sweetgreen).Â
- Experience in P&L management, budgeting, and controlling labor/food costs. Â
- Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling software, inventory tools, and reporting dashboards. Â
- In many outlets, experience managing a bar will be required. Â
- History of managing operations of $3M or more annually. Â
