Waterpark Front Desk Supervisor

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Waterpark Front Desk Supervisor. In this position you will be responsible for internal waterpark revenue sales, preparing reliable daily reports, assisting guests and processing transactions. You’ll oversee the waterpark front desk daily operations and team to achieve objectives in sales, employee retention, beyond expectations guest service and satisfaction, cleanliness, and sanitation.   

 

As part of our team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

 

*** Position starting as early as September. ***

 

Pay Rate - $18 - $19/Hr.

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, good customer relation skills and have great attention to detail
  • Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the issues raised by Associates, Supervisors, Department Heads, Senior Management, and guests.
