Housekeeping Supervisor
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring rooms are maintained to set standards of cleanliness and ready in a timely manner for guest accommodations.   Â
As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll ensure rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-stocked, creating a welcoming and restful environment for our guests.Â
$18-$22/hr
Key Responsibilities Â
- Monitor and evaluate room attendant work performance on an on-going basis and provide praises, feedback, and discipline as appropriate.Â
- Monitor and assist with cleaning, deep cleaning and other related projects.
- Maintain a strong professional relationship with other stakeholders within Kalahari to support efficient communication to address issues that may arise.Â
- Assist with training of room attendants.
- Resolve guest complaints.Â
- Perform other duties as requested by management.Â
Â
What We’re Looking For Â
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous commercial housekeeping experience required.
- 1+ years of housekeeping supervisory experience preferred,
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Bi-lingual skills are preferred.Â
- Must be able to work long hours including weekends and holidays. Â
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 50 pounds.Â
