📍 Location: Brownstown Charter Township, MI.
💰 Pay Range: $22hr - $26hr ($1 2nd shift differential)
Shift: 2nd shift, M - F, 2:30pm - 11am

Responsibilities:
- Be on time and have excellent attendance
- Meet or exceed plant up-time goal of 98%
- Maintain building call response time of 2 minutes or less
- Actively patrol assigned building to proactively address equipment issues
- Report all major issues to Chief Engineer and Production Manager. Assist with resolution
- Establish and maintain positive working relationship between building maintenance crew and production team
- Completion at 100%
- Other duties as needed or assigned
- Follow all company safety rules
- Be able to work well with a diverse workforce
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Possess and maintain a positive attitude
- Be able to work past the schedule, as issues may arise
- This position may at times be physically demanding. Lifting and moving of objects heavier than 50lbs can be expected regularly
- The plant environment may be quite warm during certain times of the year. Ability to walk and stand for entire shift is necessary
- Minimum 3 years of general Mechanic experience with Mechanical, Electrical and Facility Maintenance
- Reliable transportation (your own personal car or truck)
- Ability to work overtime when requested and required
