We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with pediatric experience to join a supportive school district in Flat Rock, Michigan. The role involves delivering speech and language therapy services to students, helping them overcome communication challenges and succeed academically. Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students 
• Identify appropriate treatment plans and modify them based on student response and clinical indicators 
• Educate and support students and their families, tailoring therapy strategies to individual needs 
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation of sessions and student progress
  • • Provide services to students in the ASD program
  • • Serve students across 2 elementary schools, 1 middle school, and 1 high school
  • • Manage a caseload of approximately 40 students




    Requirements

    • Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist 
    • Current BLS/CPR certification 
    • Minimum of 6 months of recent SLP experience within the last 5 years
