What You'll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor batch plant equipment to ensure accurate and timely production
• Adjust controls to maintain product quality and meet specifications
• Perform routine inspections, housekeeping, and basic maintenance on plant systems
• Communicate with drivers and team members to support efficient workflow
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment

What We Are Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operation
• Ability to work independently and make sound, safety-focused decisions
• Comfort working in fast-paced and variable outdoor environments
• Reliable communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to following operational and safety protocols

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

What We Offer

• $61.93 to $61.93 per hour
• Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension
• Time off, including vacation, sick leave and holidays, is governed exclusively by the collective bargaining agreement
