Rotating Shifts Floats to all retail pharmacy sites. Responsible for Technician scheduling and Training new employees
General Summary
Maintains technician vacation schedule for all locations, coordinates technician coverage between stores, works in pharmacies to cover openings, develops training programs for technicians, handles day one training of new hires following Training Policy, Reviews DME charting for accuracy in all locations, supports Joint Commission preparedness and acts in support role to technicians.
