Responsible for assuring that we maintain the highest level of customer service to our growers and commercial customers. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the setup and changeover of cleaning line equipment while verifying all setup procedures have been completed correctly. Evaluate material defects versus equipment malfunctions and make operational adjustments to maintain product quality and production efficiency. Enter production order information into the SCADA system and monitor operations, making adjustments as needed. Load and unload grain commodities by rail and truck. Weigh grain using the SCADA system and accurately enter production and order data. Clean and maintain production equipment, machinery, and workstations. Inspect facilities and equipment daily to ensure proper operating conditions and maintain the quality of stored grain. Identify equipment issues and process improvement opportunities and communicate them to the CCO Lead. Assist in other production areas as needed to support business operations.   QualificationsRequired Qualifications: Education and Experience: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Mechanical and mathematical aptitude. Ability to operate and monitor SCADA systems or the ability to learn. Basic computer skills. Ability to prioritize work, multitask, and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized production environment. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments. Certifications/Licenses: Forklift certification required or the ability to obtain certification upon hire. Preferred Qualifications Experience using SCADA systems in a manufacturing or processing environment. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (AGC ERP) or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Knowledge of grain handling, commodity processing, or food manufacturing operations. Knowledge of lot numbering systems. Working Conditions: Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods, including bending, reaching, climbing, and other physical activities throughout the shift. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work overtime, weekends, and other scheduled hours as needed. Work is performed in a manufacturing and grain processing environment with exposure to production equipment, dust, noise, and varying temperatures.   Food Safety Policy: Adams Group is committed to producing and distributing high quality products through adherence to industry and regulatory standards.
