We’re looking for Employee Benefits and Commercial Lines Insurance Sales Producers to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a consultative sales environment and enjoy building long-term partnerships with clients.


About the Role


As an Employee Benefits and/or Commercial Lines Producer, you will play a key role in driving new business growth. You will identify prospective clients, develop strong professional relationships, and deliver customized insurance solutions that support employer needs and reduce risk.

This position blends business development, strategic consulting, and industry expertise. You will assess client needs, design tailored programs, negotiate with carriers, and collaborate closely with internal service teams to ensure clients receive comprehensive, compliant, and high-value coverage.

Success in this role is measured by consistent new business production, strong client retention, and overall satisfaction.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Conduct needs assessments and evaluates risk exposures
  • Develop strategic Employee Benefits or Commercial Lines insurance programs
  • Present coverage recommendations and negotiate competitive offerings with carriers
  • Partner with internal account management teams to ensure excellent client service
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance standards

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Proven sales, business development, or client advisory experience
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze client needs and recommend strategic solutions
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Industry experience (Employee benefits or commercial lines) preferred, but not required
  • Active CA insurance license preferred
