Primary responsibilities for support are assisting in preventative and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, installation of plant equipment, machinery, and buildings in a safe and professional manner. Work within the guidelines of good manufacturing practices at all times. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment failures using troubleshooting methods and diagnostic tools. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on conveyors, bucket elevators, motors, gearboxes, bearings, and other plant equipment. Install replacement components including motors, reducers, belts, chains, sprockets. Document maintenance activities, parts usage, and findings accurately in the CMMS. Execute planned work orders and preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules. Fabricate parts and perform welding, cutting, drilling, and fitting as required. Follow all safety procedures including lockout/tagout, confined space, and electrical safety requirements. Communicate equipment issues, repair status, and improvement opportunities to supervisors and team members. Ensure compliance with company food safety, procedures, policies, and cleanliness of the shop and work areas Perform any other duties as assigned by supervision or management    QualificationsRequired Qualifications: Education and Experience High School Diploma Minimum. 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent combination of experience and technical training Basic electrical troubleshooting skills Skills and Competencies: Excellent mechanical aptitude Good computer skills Ability to become qualified various types of forklifts and ariel equipment. Must possess a valid unrestricted driver's license. Excellent communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with conveyors, bucket elevators, motors, gearboxes, and bulk material handling equipment Advanced welding and fabrication skills Experience working on ariel lifts Working Conditions: Capable to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Able to work in all weather conditions Must be able to access equipment for repair and maintenance (may require crawling, bending, lying underneath equipment. Ability to climb stairs and ladders and work at heights up to 80 ft   #adamsgroup
