About the Role:

Cutting Edge Modular is looking for a driven and organized Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Woodland, CA.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our sales operations and helping deliver prefabricated homes to our customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, like talking to people, and think you can make a good impression on clients we'd love to talk to you. Construction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Support the sales team by managing leads, tracking opportunities, and helping maintain CRM data accuracy
Communicate between sales, operations, and customers to ensure seamless project handoffs
Monitor and report on sales pipeline activity, forecasts, and performance metrics
Schedule and coordinate client meetings, site visits, and follow-up communications
Assist with order processing and ensure accurate documentation throughout the sales cycle
Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide product and pricing information
Meet with customers and give tours of our facility

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a sales support, sales coordinator, or administrative role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proficiency in CRM software and Google suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong data entry and documentation accuracy
Experience in construction, modular buildings, or related industry is a plus
Self-motivated team player with a customer-first attitude
