Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who can work independently, respond quickly to issues, and help keep production running smoothly.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on equipment and facility systems
• Diagnose mechanical and operational issues and complete repairs in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair tasks performed
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams to support plant operations

Requirements

• Ability to work in cold/wet and hot/wet environments
• Ability to work long shifts in a physically demanding environment
• Must be available to work Monday through Saturday, including 10–12 hour shifts
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation with the maintenance team
• Flexibility to work Sundays when maintenance projects must be completed during plant downtime
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
