We are seeking an innovative Business Solutions Architect to design and develop digital solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and emerging AI technologies. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who enjoy problem solving, learning new tools and working closely with business stakeholders.    

Responsibilities 

Solution Design & Architecture

• Work with business stakeholders to understand process challenges and identify opportunities for automation and analytics.
• Help design end‑to‑end solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure Foundry and related Azure services.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, diagrams, and implementation plans.

Power Platform Development

• Build Power Apps (canvas or model-driven) to streamline business processes.
• Create automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Develop dashboards and data models in Power BI to support reporting and insights.
• Ensure solutions follow best practices for security, performance, and maintainability.

AI & Software Engineering

• Assist in developing and integrating AI agents, copilots, and automated workflows using Microsoft AI tools and related frameworks.
• Write clean, efficient code in languages such as C#, JavaScript, Python, or similar.
• Support API integrations, connectors, and data workflows between systems.
• Help generate quotes for software and hardware purchases. 
• Assist in managing small technical projects including upgrading internet circuits. 

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in solution development, automation, analytics, or a similar technical area (academic projects, internships, or part-time roles all count).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but equivalent experience is welcome).  
• Interest or exposure to AI tools or conversational agent frameworks, such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure Foundry, or OpenAI.   
• Hands‑on experience from school, internships, or projects with:          
  • Power Apps
  • Power Automate
  • Power BI
• Basic programming experience in languages like C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript.
• Understanding of APIs, data integration, and relational databases (coursework or self-study is great).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Nice-to-have certifications (not required):     
  • Microsoft Power Platform App Maker (PL-100)
  • Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200)
